About Us

SB21 Music is an independent music publishing company that was started in 2011 by Steve Pasch. With over twenty years experience in the music industry as a writer, artist, and producer, he was ready to put together a group of songwriters with a commitment to their craft and the drive to succeed.

With songs cut by major artists Lenny Kravitz, Jason Aldean, Poco, Noel Redding, Tim Hicks, Gretchen Wilson, Jessica Simpson, Casey James, Jess Moskaluke, Boo Ray, Contraband, David Mullins, and Three Crosses, Pasch began to assemble the team.

In August of 2012, Brian White (the songwriter) was signed to SB21. Brian's success over the past 25 years is incredible. Brian has written thirteen #1 songs in the Christian market, and had over fifty cuts by artists of all genres, including 2006 Billboard Country's "Most Played Song of the Year", Rodney Adkins' "Watching You". Brian continues to write amazing songs and get cuts on new and major artists, incluing Jason Aldean's 2016 hit "In Case You Don't Remember", Danny Gokey, and many Canadian and Australian Cuts. In 2013, Kix Brooks cut "My Baby" and Gary Allen cut "Drop".

In 2014, David Frasier joined the team. David had a #1 song with Lee Brice's "Drinking Class", as well as cuts with Kenny Chesney, Tim McGraw, Trace Adkins, Kip Moore, Chris Young, Joh Berry, Jimmy Wayne, Clay Walker, Cody Johnson, Trent Wilmon, Ty Herndon, Blain Larson, Logan Mize, Chris Ledeaux, John Schneider, and many more.

Teresa Smith, a long-time friend of Steve's, joined SB21 Music as Managing Partner. Teresa brings over twenty years of expertise in business management, finance, and software technology critical to our success.

Eric Hart became a partner and executive at SB21 Music. Eric has a degree in Architecture and has had many years of experience in Business. Eric is a huge country music fan and can probably beat almost anyone on their knowledge of Texas country music history.

The year 2013 brought more exciting changes to SB21. The amazing writers and performers Greg Barnhill and Thomas Tillman were signed, and the SB21 team continued to get songs cut on albums as well as on the television program 'Nashville', where we had 5 songs cut, two of which were written by Steve Pasch.

John Edwards joined Big Plow / SB21 Music in 2014. John has had four Jason Aldean cuts on four separate albums, and two cuts by Dustin Lynch, Joe Nichols, Parmalee and Lonestar.

We look forward to an amazing 2018 as we have the radio single "Most People are Good" by Luke Bryan, and another big cut on Jason Aldean's next album as well as new Universal recording artist Jordan Davis' song "Leaving New Orleans", plus a number of additional international cuts.
